If you are an Amazon Prime member, you will be able to claim Oblivion as one of the free games for April, 2022. It apparently won't be available until tomorrow, April 2, because the free games for March, 2022 are available through April 1. Once claimed, a free game is yours to keep (if you are an Amazon Prime member).

Edit #2: Okay, it isn't displayed in the Amazon Games desktop app, but if you click on the "Claim Now" button in the "Get free in-game content" section, it takes you to a "Prime Gaming" webpage where you can get a free claim code for Oblivion through GOG.com. It's the Game of the Year Edition Deluxe, so it should have all of the extra content that wasn't included in the Game of the Year Edition.
