I just wanna up shadowmeres damage a little. Anyone know if I can do this via console for PC?

Well not specifically through console, you can edit it through the Oblivion Construction Set. Shadowmere should be a Creature in the Construction Set.
Hopefully this will work, I am assuming this. I mainly play and edit morrowind so I'm extrapolating.
