General Rules:

• ALL entries are to be based on either games in The Elder Scrolls series or TES lore.
• Entries will be judged by the Moderating team (Codex, Cactus, Caz, Josjie, Dogmantra) based on creativity, originality, skill, and relevance to the subject matter.
• ALL Entries due by the 18th November, GMT +1. Why? Because that's where all most of the real mods live. Srsly.
• Any user may enter a single entry for each competition.
• While your entry may not consist entirely of materials taken directly from the games, they may be used sparingly.
• A brief description and/or title is needed, so we don't look like fools if we don't know what an entry is about.
• Images must be in some sort of normal format. Preferably .PNG, but .JPG, .BMP and .GIF will also be accepted. We'll probably be converting everything to .PNG.
• DO NOT POST ENTRIES ON THE FORUM.
• PM all entries directly to Cactus.

Competition Rules:

• Signatures can be in either image or text based or a mixture of the two.
• All signatures/avatars MUST conform to Forum rules or you will suffer disqualification. It's not our job to resize your stuff, either. Unless maybe you ask, then maybe we will.
• Each judge will choose a winning avatar and winning signatures (meaning five of each) and will use that avatar/signature for ONE MONTH.

Josjie's sidenote
I'm 5,3487% more likely to vote for a Lord of the Rings or Fallout3 avatar/signature .

I will vote fairly and not be bias, especially since LotR and FO3 signatures are AGAINST THE RULES.

Oops. Oh crap.

Well people can still create a seperate signature to earn that 5,3487% bonus .

We ended up doing the "winners" differently than advertised. Unfortunately not as many people entered as we'd have liked, so we decided go go by a vote with one winner in each category. So, here are the winners for the avatar and signatures.
