In the beggining the world was a wondrous place- dragons soared the heavens, great serpents swam the seas and two races ruled the land.
The First- The Elves, a proud and honourable race but they clung to their ancient tradition and were blinded by their arrogance and everlasting youth.
The second- Man, though brutal and violent, they were adaptive and creative.
War was inevitable.
The Kingdoms of Men led a long and bloody war against the Lands of the Elves but every conflict ended in a stalemate.
But as it appeared the Elves would take the upper hand, Man showed it's creativity. They sent envoys to the great Elven Kings, Queens and Lords, all of them offering a surrender to this age long war.
As the rulers accepted the assassins struck- killing all of them simultaneously. Without rulers the Elven society fell to anarchy and they were hunted (along with the other great creatures of the time) to the ends of the Earth and were all but eradicated.
Thus began The Age of Man.
Man ruled the Earth and over countless millennia the Elves were forgotten.
Forgotten- but not defeated.
During Man's rule of the Earth, the Elves have been rebuilding their numbers and now they are ready to challenge the Men of the Twenty First century's right to rule.
But unbeknownst to both sides, in the bowels of the Earth something is stirring.
The Age of Man is ending- but what awaits?
The Age of Prosperity?
Or The Age of Darkness?

Not even the oldest of the Immortal Elves can remember this Age and what is known is only known through stories.
Men and Elves ruled the Earth in harmony.

?-160,000 B.C
During this Age Man went to war with the Elves and beat them through a trick.
The Great Beasts were hunted to near extinction.
The God-King of the Elves –Kerot- was but a boy when this Age ended.
Elves forced underground.

160,000 B.C- 2025 A.D
Man’s rule of the Earth lasting many Millennia where many things changed.
150,000B.C: A cataclysmic event happened and Man was de-evolved as a result.
60,000B.C: Kerot’s Son and Daughter –Jarot and Kailo- are born.
2015A.D: Many resources are lost through warfare- as a result the UN collapses along with many governments- however from the ashes rises the Western Alliance (WA) formed from the remnants of the former UN countries minus Germany which remains independent. The WA’s goal is global peace and it’s troops form the entire military and police forces of the WA countries and are led by High Command(HICOM).
2017A.D: The WA goes to war against the Coalition which is formed from various Eastern Countries for Oil supplies- this becomes World War 3.
2020A.D: Britain and Northern America descend into poverty as most of their funds are diverted to the war effort. Several Rebel factions are formed from the poverty stricken countries are formed.
3rd of April 2025A.D: Peace Treaty is signed between the WA and the Coalition- both sides are severely lacking troops.
5th of April 2025A.D/ Present Day: The largest American Rebel group ‘The True People’ seize the Whitehouse and Washington DC.
Elven Warhost is strong enough to challenge Man. Led by Prince Jarot they rise to the surface and emerge in the Human City of Washington DC.
Princess Kailo disagrees with the war and leaves along with a handful of loyal soldiers.

Human technology is more or less exactly the same as in 2012 with a few minor differences.
T-26 Punisher Tank
The Punisher is a huge tank the size of a medium sized building with half meter thick armour and enough weaponry to challenge any target. It also contains its own generator and a comms relay- as a result it is often used as a mobile command centre.
However it costs almost as much as two aircraft and as a result very few actually exist.
Rail Weaponry Technology
Rail weaponry works by speeding up slabs of metal to incredible speeds.
These slugs are incredible at piercing armour but have a small AOE so they are often mounted on Tanks that hunt enemy armour.
No Handheld designs have been made.

Elven Technology is made up of magically enhanced weapons.
Elven ‘Keela’ Blade
A very thin and light one-handed short sword that hums with a magical energy that allows it to slice easily through armour. Can also be dual wielded.
Elven ‘Keelon’ Blade
A much longer and heavier two handed version of the ‘Keela’- the ‘Keelon’ however has a second enchantment; it has a strong pain enchantment which means that pure pain courses through any being that the blade hits.
Elven ‘Xenon’ Staff.
An incredibly powerful staff that fires lightning bolts at enemies- it also doubles as a two-handed melee weapon.
Elven ‘Sira’ Bladed-staff
A two handed staff that the two ends are fitted with ‘Keela’ Blades. Incredibly good at crowd control.
Elven ‘Teshor’ Bow
A compact bow that has sharp enough ends to be used as a melee weapon.
