On characters:
CBR: That's a bit better. Remember to have some real thick and deep personality and history for your character - and to have fun! Accepted!
DarkEastwood: For the Empire! Accepted!
AtoM: I talked to you in PM. Accepted!
Skyrimplayer: I'm not on a diet - give me some more meat on the bones of that character sheet. Maybe describe his appearance and background more. :D

Sheesh, you people love Dunmers and Bretons. :P I think that's more than enough characters and I want to save a spot for Eltee. Anyone else who might be interested, shoot me a PM. Edit: And for those of you I am currently working on characters with, you're obviously exempt.

The problem is that you put your name on the RP, we all know you're a good writer.. Did I just give a compliment? I need to rest for awhile.

Brain Rot is totally syphillis. Syphillis--wormy things burrowing through your brain? Yep.

Ataxia, Droops, Greenspore, Swamp Fever, Yellow Tick, and all the others? Ick. Let's...let's just drop this.

Y'all need an Imperial up in here.
Hidden:
Name: Claudius Maximilian IV
Race: Imperial
Age: 25
Physical Description: Only standing at about five-foot-nine and of average weight, Claudius does not cut a very imposing figure. He has longish dark brown hair which he pulls back into a ponytail, and is clean shaven. He has a rounded face with a small but pointed nose, a narrow mouth, hazel eyes and thin eyebrows.
Personality: Claudius is generally an intellectual and thoughtful person, and is eager when it comes to learning more about magic and the world in general. However, he has a rather high opinion of himself and his magical aptitudes, and is prone to making snide comments about others. He is also easily offended, and can become unreasonable if angered.
Class / Profession: Arcane University scholar
Weapons / Equipment: He always makes sure to bring with him some gold in his pockets (about 50) and a leather sack slung over his shoulder that holds his books (these currently being The Doors of Oblivion, Galerion the Mystic, Darkest Darkness, and his journal).
Clothing / Armor: He wears unenchanted blue mage's robes over top of a brown shirt and tan trousers. He also sports grey leather shoes.
One Major Skill: Conjuration
Two Minor Skills: Alteration, Restoration
Background: Claudius was born in the Imperial City and grew up there, his parents both scholars at the Arcane University. He was quick to develop a love and aptitude for magic from this upbringing, and often attempted to practice spells on his own as a child. At the age of 20, his parents secured him an apprenticeship with Teekeeus, who had been the head of the Chorrol branch of the Mages Guild. It was from the Argonian that he gained an appreciation for the school of Conjuration; despite its unpopularity in the wake of the Oblivion Crisis, Claudius has defended its usefulness and continues to practice it. Over the last five years, he has studied with Teekeeus as well as traveled across Cyrodiil to further his learning, and one year ago was granted access to the Arcane University (although not without some help from his parents' influence).
Relationships (with NPCs or other PCs): His parents, Claudius Maximilian III and Augusta Maximilian, are both Wizards at the Arcane University. He has a good relationship with them and they keep in close contact. He also corresponds with Teekeeus in Chorrol, to whom he was apprenticed until recently. He has no siblings or close friends, but some acquaintances at the Arcane University.
You are in the Imperial City because… He lives there, currently studying at the Arcane University.
Bonus detail (any detail) about your character: He has a tendency to be rather... elaborate in his speech. Also, he has a potentially annoying habit of shouting out the name of a spell he is about to cast.

Skyrimplayer: Mmm oreos. I'll take it. Thankies! :D
EpicAbrad: My kind of character sheet. Accepted!

And Mars, it wasn't meant to be a slap...more like a very stern disapproval beforehand. Sexuality is definitely an important part of who a character is, but what really matters at the end of the day is what kind of a person you are at mind and heart - which is what stories try to demonstrate and all. But that's enough about that. More about you guys!

Karona will either mock him by shouting what she is about to do or make jokes about him, constantly. She is not going to last long is she?

I hate to turn down potential players, particularly since I know there's always about 5% that drop out before the RP is finished.

I might split the group and two and have half of you start in the Imperial City and the other half start somewhere else, and then meet up. It would take a small rearranging of the story but it's totally possible. It will also help make things much less chaotic on your part, too! Would anyone mind that?

I would be absolutely fine with this. May I ask where you were planning to have the other group?

Get out of here, MM. :P

Pillow, I will let everyone know in a day or two. I have to think about it. It will either be Bruma or Anvil, I think, but I'll have to see how I can tweak my story a small bit to account for it.

Ooo, Anvil sounds exciting. It fits in with my Character's sailing theme, but I don't mind which group I'm placed in.

Yeah, that's right. Take your monkeywrench and shove it, Matt: I got freakin' anvils!

Okay then, if you decide to put some of us in Anvil or wherever else, I'll just modify that bit, it'll still be in keeping :)

Spoiler:
Name: Acaelus Thorne
Race: Bosmer
Age: 27
Physical Description: Acaelus stands relatively tall for a Wood Elf, meaning that at a glance he could look almost Dunmer with his darkened, almost muddy complexion. His outlying feature in that case is his ash-grey hair, which he tends to keep tucked away back into a hood, but is nonetheless braided and is taken care of. His features are quite sharp and pointed, as if he was born streamlined; even his hong elfin ears seem to cling closely to his head. After various different affiliations with some shady organisations, Acaelus has taken to wearing clothing similar to what might be associated with the Dark Brotherhood, with the difference that he much prefered cloth to leather. He keeps various different items at hand in his jacket. His clothes have a designed loop system of belts that cling to his shoulders, and support his bow and quiver on his back.
Personality: Acaelus is cynical and impatient as a first impression, and to say he doesn't suffer fools would be an understatement. He's business-like and to the point, and so doesn't usually chat to people. He does however, have a great sense of veteranism, and if he sees someone as an equal in skill and prowess, then he finds that the problems he has with people are solved, he's genuine, and says things like they are. He's often seen himself as a bit of a wolf: he can survive just fine on his own, and will do, but gets on with things brilliantly if he meets another like him.
Class / Profession: Assassin/Hunter
Weapons / Equipment: An Elven Bow and Steel arrows, a silver dagger, a couple of poisons and health potions.
Clothing / Armor: black cloth clothing (just think roughly along the lines of a ninja), and an arrow head on a leather cord around his neck.
One Major Skill: Marksman
Two Minor Skills: Sneak, Illusion
Background: Acaelus was born into a feudal area of Valenwood, and from a very young age was forced into the clan wars, using his agility and small frame to his full advantage. He learnt the hard way to become self-reliant, not to trust easily, and to be very handy with a bow. After being the sole survivor of many guerrilla wars, he was recruited into an association across Valenwood for political assassinations. During this period, he truly became an assassin, having occasional skuffles and cooperations with other organisations, including the Dark Brotherhood. His last contract was to eliminate a member of the Imperial Aristocracy, when he found he'd been double crossed by his organisation. With no way back to his country, he's now stranded in the city, picking up what jobs he can.
Relationships (with NPCs or other PCs): A friend, Voltar, whom he met on a cooperative contract with another organisation. His family, as far as he knows, are dead.
You are in the Imperial City because… he's stranded, and is looking for a challenge.
Bonus detail (any detail) about your character: Acaelus has a meditation habit of talking to himself occasionally when he really needs to concentrate. His only personal adornment is an arrow head on a cord around his neck, it's taken from one of his own arrows that was very important to him. He doesn't talk about it. He's very lyrical and poetic, he doesn't do it for effect, it's just the way he thinks.
