One was horrified at the site of the mangled corpse. "This...this can't be." He thought. He knew it could have easily have been anyone of them, and that they wouldn't stop at one. "We have to stop these killers" he thought to himself, as he looked away from the guts and gore scenery.

Savilius looked at Drethelis' mangled corpse.
"I demand revenge on these werewolves! Someone must be lynched! I blame the Monkeyman, he seems crazy enough to commit a murder!"

Veck was not amused when she saw the body.

'You're jumping to conclusions a bit, aren't you?' she said to Savilius. 'You could at least provide a better reason than "He's crazy". The worshippers are far more dangerous than any madman.'

"And how would you know that exactly? For you know, they could be ghost, or imps, unless you know something we don't..." One said, paranoid. He definitely didn't want to end up like the skeleton in his closet.

"Yeah, you could be one of them! Just trying to blame it on someone else, to hide your guiltiness! Just like One said, maybe you know something we don't!" Savilius turned to One. "She's acting way too nervous, she might be a part of this!"

Acunasti saw only one solution to this problem - bongos. Putting on his gorilla mask and setting his bongos on his lap, he began playing a mournful beat beside Dreth's body.

"Only two creatures could have done this." Acunasti stated from behind his mask, continuing to play his bongos. "The killer was either a monkey...or a human. It was probably a human. This human would have to be smart - he or she would have to know how to plan ahead."

Vivec stared at the corpse for a few moments, her expression turning into a grimace with a frown to match. She scanned the other villagers, briefly scowling towards Veck, rubbing her chin thoughtfully.

Leilah surveyed the other villagers quietly, looking contemplative.

She looked up. "Why so quick to accuse, Savilius? Have something to hide?"

You may not have noticed it, but I have seen the changes in Leilah's bahaviour, I have seen her rise from innocent townsperson to a violent and delusional worshipper. If you're so blind to the truth, then fine, kill me. I'll see you all in hell.'

The villagers decided to execute the one they felt was behind the atrocities of the night before. The majority ruled, and Veck was walked to the gallows where the noose was tightened around her neck. The floor opened beneath her, snapping her neck. The villagers stood cheering before her limp body. Little did they know that they had just executed a mere villager, and that the real threat was still amongst themselves.
