Invictus, Alida and Cato

The demon, barely reaching Alida to the chest, looked worriedly at Cato and Alida.

"What're you doing?" she asked confusedly.

Timon, Imhotep and Riva

"Screw you," the demoness sneered.

"She must not know how to be nice," Imhotep said. "Maybe they were right about demons."

"Being not nice isn't the same as being evil." Riva murmured quietly.

Alida, net in hand, advanced slowly towards the fat little demon not replying to it's question. The worried expression of the demon's face seemed out of a character thought Alida, but then again demons took on angelic forms so maybe they tried to imitate their behaviour too? As Alida got a couple of meters away she pounced towards the demon trying to wrap the net over her fat little body, too occupied to tell whether the others had advanced on her to.

Invictus, still nursing his buttocks with one hand, charged forth with his net flailing behind him. He tried to get around the back of the demoness while Adila pre-occupied it. Hopefully, both of them would be able to arrest the demoness and put an end to her crimes.

Cato stayed back, wanting to be ready to try and catch the demon should she escape from his two companions.

Cato, Invictus and Alida

The child, taken slightly by surprise by Alida's lunge, manage only to utter a startled "Eep!" before the angel crashed into her, trapping her in the net.

Riva, Imhotep and Timon

The demoness glared at Riva.

"Why do you insist on doing this?" she grumbled. "I already said I don't want your pity."

Holding the chubby little demon down with her small frame Alida screamed for someone to stick a sack over it.

"What do you want, then?" Riva asked.

Alida

The little child was squirming within the net, flapping her wings trying to get rid of it.

Riva

The demoness pointed at Riva.

"What you have. What I don't have. And I will get it."

"What, specifically, do we have that you want?" Riva asked, her violet eyes intent.

Riva

"Your sun. Your sky."

The demoness began naming stuff with cold meticulousness.

"Your life. Your loved ones. Your work. Your livelihood. Your home. Everything. And then it won't be good enough afterwards."

She snickered, eyes going distant for a second or two before they refocused their cold stare on Riva.

Invictus, encouraged by their, or rather, Adila's but he refused to admit that he had had little or no part in the outcome, success, ran forward with his own net, having picked it up from off the ground after dropping it, and tried to put it over the fighting, struggling demoness.

An idea occurred to Riva.

"Fine, then." She said simply, glancing at Imhotep. "Help her up." She said leadingly.
