Lupin shook his head. "I went to the forecastle, then up here." He stated simply. "Why?"

"There's some fun gambling games down there, do you have any coins?" Roberto asked, gesturing down toward.

"Isn't killing medics looked down upon in combat?" said Victor.

"In your wars, I guess." Steak began, "Out here on the seven seas, brother, all is fair game." Steak said, putting his stew away into bowls, and then turning toward Victor.

"What medical facilities do you have aboard?" asked Victor.

"Well..." Steak proceeded to scratch the back of his neck, "I can cook up somethings for scurvy, and other diseases... but mostly scurvy. I know how to treat a few infections..." Steak decided to quickly turn off the hot water from the stew he was cooking, pausing his explanation for a moment. "You probably know more about that than I. Tavish knows most about battle injuries and surgeries."

"Where would I find him?" asked Victor.

"Probably somewhere fun," Steak said, "Try checking around the hold or forecastle deck. The Scottish guy with the drink in his hand, most likely."

Cornelia nodded, but stayed near the cannons, looking at them with near-childish interest.

Those who were by the captain’s cabin would see Quartermaster Julyan walk out of the cabin, the door creaking like always. Julyan was immediately given a nod by Master Carpenter Tavish Ros and Master Gunner Ció. The Sailing Master gave Julyan a tip of his hat, and Julyan knocked on the Captain’s Cabin door once. Boatswain Arden came out, and went down into the hull, as Amelia, the Boatswain’s Mate, went over to the forecastle deck.

Amelia walked away from the forecastle deck while the musicians there changed their happy tune to a steady beat of work. Arden was silencing the hold below as the cabin boys were running around the decks, telling information they had received on weather, navigation, sail condition, gun condition, and more.

The Captain's Quarter opened, and out came Nicolas Blue, “Avast, my hearties, all hands on deck! Weigh anchor!” Captain Nicolas yelled. He went into the hull, retrieving the powder monkeys, who couldn’t hear him. Every single person on the ship was doing something. Sails were being checked, guns loaded, and orders given.

“Rig the sails,” a sail maker by the name of Aaron yelled out.
“Ninety degree!” a sailor by the name of Jeremy yelled up to the helm. Edward gave a nod, and violently spun the wheel.

The other sailors had finally rigged the sails, and the boat was moving. “All the way, sails at full mast, full speed ahead!” Jeremy yelled out, giving out hand signals.

Bells began to ring as the ship began to speed up, and more people started going back into the hold. The large amount of orders had finally stopped as only a few could be heard somewhat rarely between the helm and main deck.

Steak began talking again, "Now Tavish will be coming into the kitchen any second now to get something for his wood. Erm... that came out wrong. I meant he will be here grab some supplies for carpentry."

During this, Cornelia and Trevor were being shoved and pushed around as cannons were being loaded. The one that had helped the two out handed them a cannon ball each.

"Don't worry about that," Roberto said, "Strikers don't have to do anything now, we do most of the fighting,"

Lupin grinned. "We just wait for ships." He grinned slyly.

"I'll wait for him then." said Victor.

"Exactly," Roberto said, smiling also.

A few moments of awkward silence passed in the cabin between Victor and Steak. Steak began to talk, "So...," Tavish Ros thankfully walked in right at that moment. The chubby carpenter, but skinnier than Steak, squeezed by Victor in the small cabin. He put his hand on Victor's shoulder and muttered, "Excuse me, boy."

Steak opened his mouth to say something, but Tavish Ros immediately spoke out, "Thank you, Steak," he said, grabbing something from a cupboard, and began to walk out.

"Tavish, wait. This is Victor," Steak said, stopping Tavish by grabbing his white shirt gently.

Tavish turned around with a wide smile, "Ah, someone to help us out. How are you, sir?" he asked, his hands in his pockets.

"I've had a day few days." said Victor.

Lupin smiled. "I think I like this job already." he stated. "but I imagine it gets boring after a while of no action, tell me, what do you do for fun?"

"Ah," Tavish said, looking slightly confused. His thick brow curled slightly. There was another slight moment of silence. "I have heard that you know about medical... eh... stuff. Though did you ever work as a doctor or surgeon?"

"There is always a party in the hold, and on the forecastle deck," Roberto said, smiling. "There is some gambling down below, if you would like to play."

"I'm a doctor." said Victor.

"Ah," Tavish Ros said. There was another small silence. "Well, Captain Nicolas is going to want his officers in his cabin soon, to discuss some things. He may want you." Everyone who is the only of something on this ship will be there."

"Should I go there now?" asked Victor. "And what medical facilities do we already have?"

"Eh, I..." Steak began, and was cut off by Tavish Ros.
"A wounded or ill pirate found his fate in God’s hands, when we..." Steak then returned the favor of interruption.
"Unless we have a medicine chest, which Captain Nicolas said we can get at..." the interruption was returned by Tavish.
"But we don't have one yet," he turned to Victor. "Bring it up at the meeting, which we should be getting to around now."
Steak and Tavish began walking up to the deck, and waved back to many greeters.

No wonder they needed new crew members. Must go through them like pints of ale. Victor began walking to the meeting.

Captain Nicolas Blue entered his quarters, a burly man with the stomach of a slim Santa Clause. He had black visible chest hair and a long scraggly beard.
He was followed by his first mate and brother, Julyan Blue, a long haired blonde, the size of a green bean.
Far behind Julyan was Arden John, the Boatswain of five feet with blond hair, blue eyes and the masculine chin of a lumberjack.
Following him came Arden's son, the Boatswain's mate Henry John, who was also blond haired, blue eyed, and had a masculine chin. Though, he was the age of sixteen.
Next came Edward Teach IV, a long black bearded sailing master.
Tavish Ros cut in front of Steak, as the carpenter's mate, the dark haired and slim captain's daughter, also cut off the cook. Steak let them pass without any look of anger, and the followed Amelia in.
The tall and scary looking master gunner, Ció de Borbón, was right behind Victor.

Victor waited for the meeting to begin.
