Kennaf waited his eye in his scope and Waited if they take one shot at me he thought, oh I'll head shot one or more of them

"Quiet, Quiet!" Kelly whispered harshly, pointing his rifle's barrel towards the house. After several seconds of increasing tension, he took several careful steps forward, motioning for Mars and Yates to remain stationary with a raised hand. He firmly gripped his rifle and peered through the doorway from one side, scanning the half of the first room that was in his vision.

Kennaf aimed for his head and asked "so are you friend or foe"

A loud try was heard from behind the door. It was a small boy, about nine. He had longish brown hair and he was wearing standard rags.

"Friend or foe?" John looked at the others, and signaled for them to let him do the talking.
"Well, drop the rifle and we'll talk about it."

Kelly lowered the rifle, shaking his head in disbelief. How'd a kid this young survive?

"C'mon in here, guys. It's a kid. Just a kid."

"Dammit," Kelly muttered under his breath. Why hadn't I thought of that?

"Alright, kid. Step out into the open, where we can see you." Kelly motioned vaguely as he spoke, feeling akward in communicating with the boy.

An older woman appeared in the doorway to the kitchen. She was wearing a raggy dress and her light brown hair, going gray, was a mess. She yelped as soon as she saw the ghouls.

"Please! Kill us, leave the child! I beg you!"

Yates looking dissapointed that they weren't going to have any action started to drag himself towards Kelly. "What the hell?" he was shocked to see an old woman with the kid.

Kelly took hold of the opportunity to insult Mars' logic, however reasonable it was.

"Yeah, Mars, the kid was bait. Just like you said." He slung his weapon back around his waist and removed his sunglasses, in a vain attempt to look less intimidating.

"Lets not get our pants in a bunch, i don't want you two killing each other over a kid." Although i wouldn't mind. Jon thought.

Yates shook his head at his arguing allies.
Trying to change the subject he looked at the lady who was panicking.
"What happened here?"

The woman ushered the boy over to her.

"Joey! Joey! Come to mommy!" She embraced him for a long time before she let him go. On closer inspection, she only looked to be in her late forties to fifties.

"You killed everyone!" She started crying. "Led by that decrepit Ghoul in the white suit."

"We just got here. We had nothing to do with the killings. The 4 of us couldn't handle such a thing."

Yates eyes widened.
"Wait, ghoul in the white suit? Do you know where he went?!"
