Hmm.. Well maybe you could say something else would paralyze him. Or maybe you can say if he uses his powers while in water or when wet, he will be paralyzed.

Name: Kristle Jessica Anders

Gender: Female

Age: 22

Appearance: Long black hair twisted into partial-american souther curls. Brown-Hazel eyes, Flawless Caucasian skin of Semi-Pale hue.

Powers/Mutations: She has the power of Flight, four common element creation and control of Fire ((including Magma)), Water ((including Ice)), Wind ((including Lightning)), Earth ((including stone)) and can control them in such a way that they benifit her. For example she can control water around her to allow her to breathe under it if she needs to hide or do some kind of underwater exploration. She can create a shield of fire around her in case of exploring some region with fire or magma. A wind shield for windstorms and an earth shield for sandstorms. She can hypothetically combine more than one element at a time for some kind of effect.

Skills: Sewing, Fashion Designer, Sales Woman, Business owner, Martial arts.

Weaknesses: Depending on how she is utilizing her abilities, such as an elemental shield or the like, she is far weaker to the conflicting element. Water is strong to Earth, but Weak to Fire. Fire is strong to Water but Weak to Wind. Wind is strong to Fire but Weak to Earth. And Earth is strong to Wind but weak to Water. Though her human form has resistance to all four elements, it can still succumb to extreme levels of any of the four elements, especially if she is unconscious and not activating a shield.

Equipment: Because she is the owner of a large scale high end multi-billion dollar industry, she uses her personal funds to have a very special suit made which can withstand her elements without breakage, burning, tearing, freezing, dry or wet crocking, or even becoming brittle. She wears this underneath her other clothes, which are usually cool cotton, silk, hemp and polyester make. While she does carry Pepper spray like many young women do especially ones from America, she generally doesn't need it when facing other mutants. With her mutant abilities, she has proven so strong that many mutant thugs are too scared to mess with her. Human Thugs do not experience her Mutant abilities if she can help it as she generally can get away with her martial arts training. Her company also produces fire proof clothes, which is why many firefighters world wide buy their uniforms directly from The Silk Fox, and all her textiles have some kind of resistance to fire/frost/sand and high wind.

History: Kristle was born to a Tattooist Ink Master Father and a Harley Riding Mother who also owns a large Harley Dealership. Both her parents make good money doing what they do best. Born the youngest of three children, Kristle discovered her powers on her 16th birthday when her older brothers 17 and 18 were experimenting with and trying to make a special big, exploding firework. As a result, her brothers managed to explode the firework prematurly and catch the family's Mansion on fire. Kristle had created a fire shield tha day and managed to save both of her brothers, who were badly burned, and her parents and she flew all of them straight to a hospital.

Her brothers would of died if she didn't rush all of them to the hospital, which probably saved her status with her family as she, so far is the only known mutant to come from that family. Rather than disown her and give her up to the Mutant Authorities, both her brothers and her parents protected Kristle and her powers, which kept growing strong as Kristle grew more and more mature. While her oldest brother went off and became a doctor, and her second oldest brother went to school to become a lawyer, Kristle ended up becoming a fashion designer.

Starting with a large sum from her family both parents and brothers, she managed to start up a small store that soon boomed into the multi-billion dollar industry in just four years, particularly due to the fashionable bullet-resistant and bullet proof armor she designs and makes for plane clothes police officers. It is her hope that the Bad Mutant's, specifically the criminals, will be treated like human criminals and put to jail while the good mutants will be accepted in society. Ugly Mutants and Ugly humans sadly are treated equally in that they are both shunned by their appearance, a fact which Kristle finds really sad.

Kristle is known to hire Mutants, some of which are known mutants. However, because they turn up many designs and clothes quicker and faster than other textile companies, the public doesn't openly attack them as Kristle's company is knwon for putting out a really great long lasting product that is worth it's weight in gold. As a result the Non Mutants somewhat defend Kristle's company from Mutant Hunters, particuarly since Kristle's company, The Silk Fox, produces some of the few female jean brands that aren't too skin tight and include functional pockets.

Excuse the double post but here's my character:
Name: Luke Owens
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Appearance: Tall with grey eyes and short black hair. Clean shaven with a squared jaw, Luke also wears a grey suit.
Powers/Mutations: Metal control (Think Magneto)
Skills: Fencing and is charismatic.
Weaknesses: His powers don't work on all metals and he is weak to things that normals are.
Equipment: A small 2cm by 2cm block of metal in his suit that he uses as a weapon.
History: A billionaire British playboy through and through- his parents were killed in a robbery gone wrong and he was raised by his butler. Despite his Playboyness he does a lot of work for charity and when he working in a foreign country he was exposed to a large amount of radiation which mutated him and led to him learning to control metals.
He is currently in America on vacation.

Whoa. Looking at Uno's character makes me think the rest of the team will be unnecessary. That's a bit overpowered, Uno, at least to me.

I agree with Musicman that is way to over powered compared to people in this continuity let alone the rest of the PCs. I mean there are godlike mutants in X-Men (Scarlet Witch, but she isn't in this continuity) but there aren't any in this continuity. Just having some control of air, water, fire and earth would be enough I think. It would still allow flight. Get rid of that whole different forms thing. You would have to weigh a billion tonnes for that to work anyway. If you don't it will be like Musicman said, everyone else will be pointless. You'll be the only one who does anything.

Gender: Female
Age: 19
Appearance: A slim, petite Japanese woman, Meredith has slim eyes, a rounded nose and face, and black hair cut short. There is nothing especially distinguishing about her. She is what would be called “girl next door” pretty. Flat chested and hipped, she could pass for a boy but for her face.
Powers/Mutations: can turn herself into a liquid, but nothing else. She can move and interact with things in this state, including climbing up surfaces.
Skills: Her six years living on her own has taught her several tricks in the art of theft
Weaknesses: extreme cold (freeze) or heat (evaporate)
Equipment: a pair of jeans, a white t-shirt and a grey hoodie. White socks with pink toes and white shoes with pink trim
History: Meri grew up with her mother and father up until the age of 13 when her mutation showed itself one night while taking a shower. Meredith went through the pipes and through the water treatment center where she was separated from the rest of the water and dumped into the ocean. Unable to find her way back home she wandered from town to town begging, borrowing and stealing to get by.

What does the liquid look like? Water?

Yes. Let's say she looks like water, like Senator Kelly near the end of the first X-Men movie.

Gender: Female
Age: 25
Appearance: Tall, with long legs and a medium body. Long, flowing, black hair. One of her eyes is light blue, but the other one is light green. She is skinny with quite strong muscles.
Powers/Mutations: She can freely transform into 5 animals that DNA has been injected into her. Those animals are: Wolf, Gorilla, Eagle, Bear and the Great White Shark. However, if she is subject to anymore animal DNA one of the previous animals are ejected.
Skills: CQC, Tracking, Hunting, Persuasion.
Weaknesses: She is weak to things that normals are and her animal forms are also weak to things those animals are. It is also impossible for her to transform if she was struck by a silver weapon or if she was injured in her human form in the head. The head injury must cause brain damage, tumours and the like.
Items: 2 millitary grade knives and a Vis wz35 (http://world.guns.ru/handguns/hg/pl/vis-wz35-e.html), normal clothes.
History: Sarah grew up in the outer regions of Scotland where her Father worked and "ruled" in a top secret millitary base which provided the millitary with crucial data. From a young age she was trained in millitary operations and CQC. At the age of 14, a mad scientist rebelled against the rules of the base and started researching in cross-species genetics. The mad scientists trapped everyone within the base and injected his new subjects with the DNA of different animals. This caused everyone to die, everyone excpet Sarah. Her brain was capable of controlling the spread and infection of the alien DNA and she found herself to transform into the animals she had the DNA of. After much experimentation she escaped, killing the mad scientist in the process. For the next couple of years she developed her powers further, becoming a master of animal transformation.

And I've been waiting for this RP to start since it was only an idea. Well, why not give it a try? Posting the same character from the previous thread, btw.

Name: Li Xiùyīng Yao
Gender: Female
Age: 26
Appearance: Dark eyes and long black hair, close to the knees. Skinny.
Powers/Mutations: Superhuman speed and stamina, invisibility.
Skills: Expert at many forms of H2H combat, acrobatics and stealth.
Weaknesses: Invisibility is only temporary.
Items: Brown leather jacket, yellow t-shirt, brown leather pants with black leather boots. Motorcycle gloves and sunglasses.
History: Li was born in Shanghai, China. Never met her father and her mother died when she was 9.
Li took a life of crime to survive. She went with the wrong crowd to commit small thefts. She found out about her powers when the gang was trying to rob a market.

When the government of China began to make a riot about the mutants she knew it was time to leave. By using her invisibility she went inside a small freighter to America, hoping to get a new life (of crime). Unfortunately, things in the US were worse.

Gender: Male
Age: 24
Appearance: 5ft8. Skinny and weak. has short, receding blonde blonde hair. Massive square glasses.
Powers/Mutations: Has the ability to make others think he has cool powers (Manifested illusions).
Skills: Good at maths, science, computers (in pretty much all aspects), and can lick his elbow.
Weaknesses: He cannot fight well, he is prone to flight (rather than fight), he's easily manipulated, he lacks confidence and he has asthma. His power only works to a degree, as he can only simulate the illusion of having a power.
Equipment: His own custom made laptop, a modified I-phone and a taser.
History: Lionel was always the outcast growing up, even failing to fit in with geeks. When he was 17 he discovered his powers and attempted to use them to improve his popularity; however this in fact ostracised him further as many tried to attack him out of fear of mutants. He then became a hermit, working on computers and subsequently becoming quite the computer genius. He began selling gadgets and tech which is how he has come into contact with other mutants.

Yeah, it will be starting in January at the earliest. Also, I would like a bit more diversity in the powers, and we already have someone with electricity powers.
