"I don't know what your talking about!" Aria whispered back. "I haven't spoken to any of you since we were all in the Super Duper Mart!"

"Oh geez... mind telling them to hold on a minute?" Collin replied.

"Well, I'm not exactly a master of the language! I only know a little bit!" She thought for a moment, waving her hands around as if looking for the correct words. "Umm...Vous nous...Vous nous excuserez s'il vous plaît pour un moment?"

Gordon stood with his arms crossed, a pistol in each hand. "This is ridiculous! Why are we even helping him? Gordon waved a weapon towards Aiden. "Aria doesn't know French for s--t. Let's get a move on already, and let the caravan deal with him."

"You are ridiculous! Your words make me wonder if that mask has somehow degraded your brain. Now shut up!" She turned to Collin. "I don't know what the hell's going on! Please explain!"

"Oui," The caravaners replied, turning among themselves.

"Jesus Christ, Aria, quit having a meltdown. So, while we were working our asses off, some raider came out and held Gordon hostage. When I approached him he let Gordon go. Gordon proceeded to stab this guy in the gut and get shot all in the same might swoop. Happy?", he yelled, glaring at Aria.

"Ask them.....rather, tell them that in exchange for medical supplies and support for our friends, we will escort their caravan to it's destination." This was difficult for Collin to say. He was leaving Denver, his parents, his home. But in the short time he'd known Gordon, he knew that he had a good heart. And that isn't something you find in this hell-hole of a planet.

"I'll...I'll try." Aria had to think a long way back to put the words together. French was hard. Her mind hurt. "Umm...Excuse me, gentlemen." she said to the scavengers, waving her hands to get their attention. "Umm...Nous avons une proposition. En échange des provisions et en échange du soin médical pour nos amis, nous escorterons votre caravane à sa destination...wherever ce peut être."

The scavengers turned back among themselves. Much mumbling was done in Spanish before a decision was reached.

"Oui," The leader said decisively.

Collin breathed a sigh of relief and whispered a thanks: "Aria... what would we do without you?"

Gordon unlslung his backpack, placed his two pistols inside, and returned it to his back. "Let's go help Tim over here," he said quietly, turning and beginning towards him.

"Merci!" Aria said shortly. "Simple." she shrugged as she turned to Collin. "You wouldn't be able to talk to these people. Now what do we do with Tim and this raider fellow?"

"Load them up onto the Brahmin." Collin said. He could feel the lightening of the mood. The relief. The hope that we would find peace, again. Somewhere.

Gordon dragged Tim back over to where Collin and Aria were waiting, and lifted him up onto one of the brahmin. "Who knows how to use a needle and thread? We have to stitch these two up."

Charles couldn't hear any gunfire, so he leaned out from the cover.
He could only see a lot of blood and dead raiders, and the group had apparently moved to talk to some caravaners.
Charles walked towards the group, rifle in his hand. He was careful, as he didn't know if the group was friendly or not.

"Hello there, friends. Uhmmm.. mind if I ask where you're going?"

The new voice startled Collin. He quickly turned around to see a new man standing before him. "We.... are going somewhere. I dunno, really. Where ever these guys are going."

Gordon adjusted his mask. "Are you a doctor or something? We could use one right now." He glanced at Tim and Aiden. "We have an injured man up on one of the Brahmin, and one of their's-" he gestured towards the fallen enemies- "that we grabbed. I got him in the stomach with my knife."

"I, uhmm..., wouldn't exactly call me a ....doctor. I know a few basic things, but...that's it" replied to the man
Charles put his rifle on his back, as these people seemed friendly. He readied his knife though, just in case.
He looked around. No-one. Good. He walked towards the wounded guy, there's some who call him....'Tim'

"What's the problem with him? Where is he wounded? But where is my manners. I'm Charles, but you can call me 'Thomas'"

Charles was a bit nervous. He kept looking back, like he was looking for something, or someone. No-one was there.
"Also, can I stick around with you guys? I'm a pretty good shot, I can handle myself. What do you say?"

"I say sure, I dunno what the scavengers are gonna say..." Collin said quickly, "But then again, I don't wanna hear Aria [&@%!] about something else... you're in."

While the two men conversed, Gordon stepped over to the Brahmin where Tim was situated. He fished around in the pack slung over the animal until he located a cracked, dirty white box with a faded red cross painted on one side. He opened it and glanced inside. "Thomas? Use these supplies. The people who own this caravan told us we could have them. Looks like most of the stuff inside is ok." He extended the box to Thomas, and pointed back towards Tim. "He's got a bullet in his stomach, and a broken arm."

Yeah, I had to. Almost obligatory when it's a really obvious chance to use it :P
"Uhh...I'll...uhh...see what I can do..." Charles said nervously.
He examined the bullet wound, took a pair of tweezers from the bag and slowly tried to remove the bullet from the wound.

Sorry for that stupid small operation post. I just don't know how to write it in detail :|

"Bloody hell!" Tim shouted, waking from unconsciousness. Tim looked up to see a new face, and bolted almost instantly.
"Who are you? Some sort of rogue person?"
Tim tried his best to rush the man in his injured state. But when he saw everyone was fine with him, he was relieved.
"Oh..."

Gordon grabbed Tim's shoulder. "Sit down and stop overreacting. He's a doctor," Gordon lied.

Aria rolled her eyes at Gordon's lie. She knelt down next to Tim, balancing her shotgun with her right hand on the floor next to her. "You be okay." she said to Tim with a sympathetic smile.
