"The f*ck?" Brad whispered.

Juliet mimicked Brad's actions. She wanted to see what was going on out there.

A roar echoed through the city- so strong the Helicopter itself shook.
"What the [&@%!] was that!?" The pilot shouted.

Juliet looked around inside the helicopter. "Everyone OK?" she asked.

Thinking quickly Enteriot began to bring in a mist, but hesitated to see if the prince wanted cover or not.

Vic shoved the RPD chain back into the barrel, he had been shot down before and it was never pretty. "I'm alright." He replied tensely, looking out the window to see what hat tried to hit them.

"Was that a.....a dragon?" Brad asked.

"OH SH-" The Pilot cried as a large creature slammed into the front of the Helicopter and tore him from the seat.
The creature then left it's perch and flew away as the helicopter hurtled to the ground.
When it hit the team lost conciousness.
Unknown amount of time later...
"-nyone there?"
Miraculously the strike team was still alive- banged about and scattered around the crash zone- but still alive.

"Where are the humans?" The Prince demanded, "You warriors check that building."
He pointed at Enteriot, Kheslo, Tyvelnot and Lemot before pointing to a nearby building.

Enteriot moved in that direction indicated by the prince. He finished the spell calling a mist over the area, dimming visibillity but not completely shrouding them. "They must be hiding, even now they fear us!"

What the [&@%!] was that? Vic asked himself, shaking his head as he got up. Gripping his RPD in one hand he looked around for the rest of the group. "Jenny? Brandon?" He called uncertainty wishing he had made a better attempt to learn the groups names.

"Damn it, is anyone still there!" The radio crackled.

"I'm still here." Vic replied attempting to locate the radio and upon finding it answered back. "It's Vic, we've been shot down and need an evac."

"No can do- the EM field is back up, it's a miracle that we can even talk, the others how are they?" The radio crackled once more, "Proceed to the Whitehouse and hold up there until the Punishers punch through."

Brad laid on the ground looking up into the sky. He felt something warm streaming down his face and figured it was blood. "Am I alive?" he called out.

There was a crash from within the building that the Elves were approaching.

"Hold..." He said to the others hoping that they would head him. "What was that sound?"

Lemot kicked down the door but there was no sign of the Human that made the sound.

Juliet was bruised and sore. She checked herself out to make sure that nothing obvious and big was injured, but upon confirming that she just had a bunch of cuts and bruises, she decided to get up and check on the others. "Yeah, you're alive," she said to Brad. She smirked. "For now." She surveyed the area around her. "So, I guess we should take our stuff and get going, then," she said, looking around. "Before whatever took down that helicopter comes back."

Brad sat up at the confirmation of life from Juliet. He found his rifle and picked it up, then stood. He followed closely behind the older woman, nervously checking the sky as they went. "You think it'll come back?" he asked.

"I don't know, but I'm not hanging around to find out," Juliet told Brad. She searched for her belongings, found them scattered around, and picked up everything. "Vic, Nate? You guys ready to go? she asked.

Brad checked his rifle for damage. Finding nothing that would prevent it from operating he looked through the scope at the surrounding area.

"People would have seen us go down." Vic replied, cleaning the dirt out of his RPD drum. "We should go before, whoever shot us down have a chance to catch up with us."

"Nobody shot us down," Brad said nervously. "It was a dragon."
