"Bag of Holding" mod question!!! HELP!!!!

Ok, I have downloaded the Bag of Holding mod, right? Now, I have a
problem finding the bag. I mean, I am at Vilverin, right? I'm looking
& circling all over, right? But yet, I can't seem to find that "4th
level of Vilverin called 'Vilverin Sel Sancremathi'", nor can I find
any necromancer called Jalbert! Can you please help me? I feel really
stupid! Where is that 4th level of Vilverin? Where is ANY level of
Vilverin? Could it be because I visited that ruin before? I don't get
it! Please help me! I want that bag! I'm sure everyone else could find
it so easily, but NOT me!

ok first off lol calm down XD dont worry second of all i may be on the PS3 but i found jalbert and i KNOW it was hard to find him and the entrance to where he lurks..and ...emmm necromance...?

here you will find the almost if not evrything and evry detail about vilverin...althought i dout it will talk about this mod....but it will tell you where to go and what to press to acceses the area where Jabert is.... good luck

I tried contacting the creator already and I could not find the mods forum. I think I found it, anyway.

I checked the read me for the Bag of Holding(I have that mod, too ), and it says in the faq:

Q: I don't want to work for my Bag of Holding! Give me now!
A: Type StartQuest BoHGive into the console and you'll get one shortly.
